We understand that the gym might not be for everyone... We have carefully selected a group exercise programme that will bring out the best in you!

Classes are Free for members unless otherwise stated and whilst the majority require no booking, the odd class like our group cycling will require booking to ensure you reserve your bike! To book onto one of our fitness classes please contact us and we'd be happy to help.
